A: Nope! We are not real estate agents. We only have one goal - to buy and sell homes. This means you don't have to wait around waiting for an agent to sell your house which could take months. We can close as quickly as you would like. However, if you feel that you prefer working with an agent, we will gladly refer you to some of our amazing agent friends.

Q: Will I get a low-ball offer?

A: What we offer is based on the location and the value of the property once we make the necessary improvements and upgrades. Unlike other buyers, our goal is to provide the most fair offer possible.
